I renewed my freelance subscription for 12 months, but when I tried to activate the license, it said that it is already being used on another computer, only it isn't. I uninstalled the software altogether, and now I don't know how to proceed, since I am not even sure if my new license is for 2021 or 2022. Please help me install and activate my license. Thanks!
