Offline deactivation of SDL Studio 2017

Hello,
my PC crashed and I would therefore need to deactivate my SDL Studio 2017 licence.
I started the offline deactivation process, received an email with the Offline Deactivation Ticket (a very long queue of letters and numbers). I tried copy/paste of that into the offline deactivation page and then clicked the button 'confirm offline deactivation" (actually: Offline-Deaktivierung bestätigen - as my system speaks German).
Result: 'does not work' (Bei der Offline-Deaktivierung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Wenn weiterhin Probleme auftreten, stellen Sie bitte eine Support-Anfrage.).
Further issue: When I clicked on the link for a support request I ended up here, and I have no idea whether or not I am actually at the support page...

What am I now supposed to do?
