Cannot deativate my SDL Trados Studi 2021 license (shared with a friend) because I changed my computer's name and administrator email.

Dear Sir,

I moved my license to a new laptop succesfully, but "foolishly" I changed the laptop's name and delete the administrator email (and contents) I used to install everything in the laptop. When I opened my SDL Trados Studio, suddelny it becomes a TRIAL VERSION. I tried to deactivate it offline, I got the Deactivation authorization, but the I do not get the activation certificate.  I shared this license with a friend and we purchased it using his name and email address, and I asked him if the deactivation certificate is sent to his inbox but to no avail. I have checked the SDL app in my laptop and go to Help, but since it is a trial version, I cannot find the Deactivation button.

Please help me.
