Resetting my license.

Hi.

I had an installing Trados Studio issue and received messages how to solve the problems.

However, I checked the message so late and the case had been closed.

Could you please reset my license again?
I tried to follow the directions but I made a mistake by typing in my license key in the wrong field which is the original license key field in the first pop up dialogue box when opening the trados studio.
