My license is not shown in my RWS account

I deactivated my license in my computer so I could activate it in a different laptop, but when inserting my activation code, it shows an error. When trying to activate offline, I access my RWS account but my license is not on the list. I purchased a Trados 2017 license with no expiration, and it was showing earlier today. Please help! I need to activate the product in my laptop as I am travelling tomorrow.
