Hello,
I can't open my old laptop which has the Trados program activated on it (SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance), and I need to activate the license on my new laptop but i could not because it shows that "1 in use". Can you please help with deactivating my license on the old device? I also tried the offline deactivation but it did not work.
