I cannot activate my license

Hello!
I`m a student of Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian
State University. We are using Trados in our classes. I had the following problem when activating the license. It says that Language Cloud servers are unavailable and I have to check firewall settings and try again. Could you help me please?
