Hello, the question concerns my Trados license xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional, that appears to be "available" and not in use. It is weird, since I often use it. Image of license status is attached.

This can happen if you reset the licenses yourself or if you asked a support engineer to reset it on your behalf.

The fact that the license shows as Available will not affect the Studio functionality in any way but if you want to set your license as In use you need to deactivate it locally and then reactivate it. If you want to do that I can send instructions but I suggest to leave it like it is.
