I need some help to deactivate my license for sdl trados studio 2015 which is installed on a different computer no longer updated by Windows and activate it on a newer laptop. Can you help me please?

Do you still have access to the old computer? If yes, you can deactivate your license from Studio > Help > Product Activation or to reset it as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
Then you can activate it on the new PC.
