Need for reactivation of subscription persists

Hi,
I raised a question a few days ago because I keep having to reactivate my subscription. Gabriella in support helped directly and said she removed the starter version I had been granted (but not asked for) during onboarding. However, the issue is still there. I still have the same messages about the free trial and that I have this many days left and need to purchase a license (no option to deactivate it anywhere), and then I have to reactivate my subscription to continue work. It happens also during work, causing Studio to crash, which all makes me lose time and work. I tried to respond to Gabriella but get the automatic reply that my case is closed and I need to raise a new case in Gateway which I can't. Can you please help?
