I can't use my activation code

I can't use my activation code when I try to activate Trados license. It says "Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code" when I clicked the activation button. My Trados account says there's one license in use and It's still not used on my desktop. I already tried resetting the license three times this month to fix this issue. Please help.
