Wanting to downgrade from SDL 2021 SR2 to SRI as my main client's server does not support SR2. When I download it, my licence is not valid anymore and even if I deactivated it before the new download, It is said to be active on the website. I had the same problem lately (with SR2) and your support service did the reinitialisation of the licence. Thank you for your help!
