Hi,
I bought a Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license this Monday, but I haven't been able to activate it. Whenever I try to do it, I get the error message stating: "could not activate this license. no licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." The support article number: 000010166 (here) advices me to request a license reset from support. So here I am :) When trying to reset the license manually via my RWS account, I simply get an error with no explanation.
