Before upgrading my licence to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus version, I unfortunately forgot to return my licence for Trados 2021 Freelance Plus version. Now, unfortunately, I can no longer return my 2021 licence, either online or offline. What should I do to deactivate this licence?
