deactivation issue with SDL Trados 2017 (I need to move it to a different device)

Hello,

I need to move my SDL Trados 2017 to a different device, I've tried deactivating the licence but I get this error message which I don't understand:

DEACTIVATION FAILED.

COULD NOT GET FEATURE PROFESSIONAL EDITION ACTIVATION ID

I've also tried, as suggested in other threads, to reset my licence in my RWS account, but when I go there it says I have no licences.
