But I can not activate. it gives me an error message like this: "no licences are currently available for this activation code"
What should I do.

Why can't I activate?
After your e-mail, I saw that my license is available and I am very happy.
Then I tried to Activate.
But unfortunately I got the error message again.
The Error Message is: Failed to install RMS license string Error Id: 210150
