What version of Studio are you using?
I assume this error is project / file specific and if yes, what can you tell me about this project?

Was it something you created or was it sent to you?
What is the native file type and what resources are integrated?

Where is the error happening, in the Editor view?
Do you notice it when you get certain Translation results, such as NMT or terminology recognition?
Or is it when you confirm segment or use the live preview?

What happens when the error occurs, can you ok it and move on?

I do apologies in advance for all the questions but this error tends to be so general that without some context / detail I cant possibly give you advice that is meaningful.

What I can offer is the following as its no harm trying:

• Regardless of your Studio version have you tried this:https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001649
• Secondly if you have Trados Studio 2022, can you turn Community Settings off or ensure you have upgraded to Trados Studio CU6

Thank you for dropping bye offering some help.

- Yes, in Editor view

- Always happens in the same segment(s), no matter how many times I close and restart. If one segment falls once, that same segment will keep falling once I click confirm

- When the error occurs, Trados just closes and I must restart. The segment that originated the pop off has not been retained in TM and I must rewritte it. If I click again, Trados closes and there we go again. If I move on without confirming that segment, it will not be in TM. The project will show xxx%, even if all translated because a few segments have not entered the TM

I shall try your suggestions in the meantime. Who knows?
