My license was reset today. The Turkey provider helped me remotely and the program was activated. Unfortunately, the program did not work because my computer was on the domain server network. I also deactivated it. My license is 1 available again. Since I have Freelance Plus, I already have 2 pc rights. I also reinstalled the program from scratch on another pc. I wanted to activate it online but it didn't work. And I'm back again. My license is not reset. Only the deactivate option is on. But since it's not active, that doesn't work for me either. My license needs to be reset again. I'll have to re-enable it offline.
