Problems with Licensing and RWS ID affecting activation

Question

I recently changed computers, and couldn't deactivate. `Deactivating offline/Reactivating/resetting/Wechoid tool doesn't work. I noticed that I have two RWS IDs, but I'm having problems with the Trados one, the other is Passolo Net Addon and when I go to reset licenses for the Trados, it shows two different codes - I'm not sure reset works for both, but if I do find one to reset, I cannot see the other code again. 
 
 Is there something wrong with my account?
