Please Help to reset my Trados license

Hello.

I have requested a reset of my Trados license once before around August 2022 and was successful.

In the last few months, I have not opened Trados and there has been no change in my computer or other environment. 
But strangely enough, when I opened Trados today, my activation status was deactivated again, while the activation code in my RWS account was "In Use".

Can you please help me to reset my license again?
