Problem with license

Question

Hello! I was trying to open a file but it gives me the Evaluation Expired [37] error, saying "Activation failed. Invalid Product Key. Make sure that the Product Key belongs to the intended product or product version". I have an active Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license. I have tried launching the SafeNet License Manager, but under my server name I can't see the AllowTQA nor the ProfessionalEdition features to check my end date. What's the problem and how can I fix it?
