License error

Good morning, 

I've been having some problems with my Trados Studio 2022 Starter license which expires on February 2024. I start SDL Trados, I activate it with my email address and my password, and then an error message appears (you can read it below but it's in Italian): it says that my license has been deactivated and I have to activate it. Then, it crashes. If I go in my RWS account it says that my license is activated. Can you please help me? Thanks in advance.
