Why does my active account opens as Trados Trial?

Hello

Today I opened Trados, and it said that the license was deactivated, that it had expired, and it did not let me open Trados. So I went to my RWS account, and there I saw that my account is active and it does not have expiration date. I have a Freelance Plus package. In my desesperation I resetted my license, to see if that would help. Then I logged out from Trados and logged in again. I can log in now but it opens the Trial version and I have no access to the full version that I paid for, and I have been using since 2020 when I bought it. I need to recover my regular account. Please help me.
