Hello! I followed all the steps to back up all the files from my old computer and then deactivated my license. Then I downloaded the Trados 2021 version to my new laptop, when I tried to reactivate my license on the new computer it said "Activation failed.ProductKeyDoesNotExistForLogin.I would really appreciate some help to resolve this matter.
