I cannot use Trados 2017 because it keeps asking me to activate but when I enter my licence key, it cannot connect to the activation server. My internet connection test is fine.
I tried offline activation but it wants an activation certificate, which I cannot get because when I log in to my account on the webpage, it shows as activated and only offers deactivation.
Has anybody had this problem and found a solution please?

Support was very quick to respond to my post, and they reset my licence. Then I could get an activation certificate and activate offline.

3 months later, and I have this problem again. Support not so quick this time. I have been locked out Trados while I have a deadline. Why has Trados built this in to the system? Seems to be forcing people to pay for support. I am more than frustrated. It is impossible to rely on a tool that does this every 3 months.
