I cannot reactivate the license after formatting my laptop. Please help

Hello, 
 I have purchased a licensed trados freelance version in 2021. I formatted my laptop some days ago and downloaded Trados again. Now when I paste the license code from Trados webpage it says "could not activate this license - no licenses are available for the specified activation code." Please help what to do. I have downloaded the relevant 2021 version from the downloads page. Can you please help me what to do? My email is fuadondo@gmail.com
