Ho w to log a request for resetting license?

I own a Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus license with 2 activations, one is in use and I would like to deactivate that one, too, in order to install the software on new machines.

Trying to deactivate it from within Trados results in an error: "Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this license. - Could not connect to the activation server..."

I accessed my SDL account where I can see one license active, but no option to reset the license. The only options right next to this product are:

"Can't activate online? – Get an offline Activation Certificate"

"Can't activate online? – Deactivate offline"

I tried generating a Deactivation Authorization, but when I copy/paste it into Trados for offline deactivation, I get another error: "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid..."

What can I do? The "Log a support case" option seems to be very well hidden on their website or it doesn't exist anymore. All they offer are some generic information about deactivation that I already knew, but which simply doesn't work.

I am really disappointed with the lack of interest from SDL for paying customers!
