Upon  installing  and then  choosing offline activation  I  was  given an activation certificate,  I  copy/pasted  this  certificate  string  in  trados 2022  and  the system  gave me  an error message,

-I made  sure  to  copy paste  precisely  the string  given  to me  in the email.

I thoght  that maybe  the activation  entered  on the  RWS  account    would  have  successfully  activated  the  software  on the  client's  computer  however  upon  them restarting  the application , it  still showed  the  trial  license  timer
