I am running Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 together with Windows 10 version 22H2. I also use Norton 360 in its most recent update.
For the last several months, whenever I work on a project in Trados, I can start the file and save. After either working with the file for a few hours or when taking up work the next day, I receive the above error message. I need to close the application, open it up again, recreate whatever I have done since the last autosave or user save and continue. Sometimes, this does not cure the problem. So I have to shut down the computer, restart the computer, restart trados in order to be able to save a bilingual file. And then the problem repeats itself. I have recreated the file at the end of the path. After working for 1-2 without a problem the same error message came up again. I used to work with Trados 2019 when this same problem started. So I installed the license for Studio 2021 that I had purchased earlier. For the first couple weeks it worked fine, then the problem recurred. Sometime the error occurs more than once or twice in a day. It is very frustrating and costs me a significant amount of time. Any suggestions how to solve it would be very! welcome.
