I had a hard drive fail on me over the weekend.  Things seemed ok on Monday morning, but over the course of the day more and more software started acting screwy and finally things just stopped working.  I have backups of my work, but I have no way of deactivating the installation of Trados Studio 2021 that was on that hard drive.

I thought I might be able to do an Offline Deactivation, so I generated a Deactivation Authorization.  Then I realized I still need to be able to run that installation of Trados in order to generate a Deactivation Certificate and, well, that's not possible. 

How do I go about having the license deactivated if I can't run Trados at all?  I'd like to be able to have a new hard drive and Windows installed within the next few days, so I can put Trados on that.
