The software doesn't launch after Windows Update

Question

Hi, 
 it is not possible to launch Studio 2021 after the latest Windows Update. I tried everyhing: resetting Trados, deleting plugins, renaming the folders, reinstalling, etc. No way to work. 
 The issue now is that I am not able nor install Trados because it says:

But there is no Trados installed in the PC, nor the system recognizes any Trados in order to "unistall" it or "repair" it. 
 I am not able to work due to this. 
 I would appreciate your help.

 Please download the latest version of Studio 2021 from the following link and try to install it: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2021/CUs/SR2_CU12/TradosStudio2021_SR2_CU12_9338.zip
