Dear colleagues,
I have issues with de-installing my Trados 2021 (license already deactivated) which is out of order. Although I de-installed the 2022 trial and restarted the computer again neither de-installing nor repairing works which is highly frustrating. The error message is telling me that there is another version on the computer and that I have to use the version's installer, but where can I find this version's installer? I tried to de-install it from the system.
There are also some older components of Trados 2019 and 2017 that I cannot de-install.
Does anybody know what to do? Thanks in advance!
