It's a bit unresonable that the Trados 2022 license can NOT activate Trados 2021.
I'm trying to active the Trados 2021 using my Trados 2022 license, there is a article describes a workaround https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032841 , but it requires the trial period finish. Is that a way to skip the 30 days trial time?

It`s not possible to skip the Trial version. With the Trial version you have all the features available as for a Professional license.

While I understand your 2021 is in a trial state, it should not block you from using it as you see fit. After all the Trial version is equivalent, in terms of options and features, with a full Professional license.
So no functionality is lost.
Please can you explain where your concerns are
