Hi
I need to upgrade my computer, but I cannot deactivate my licence, both offline and online.
It seems that Studio is not connected to Internet (while my computer IS connected to the Internet). I am using an iMac with Parallels desktop, Windows 7.
I don't know I how to deactivate licence. Can anyone help me?
