Can you please open a new Thread and post the full error message along with a screenshot if possible?

You replied to a 2 years old thread and in case we cannot solve the error you have with a troubleshooting article, we cannot open a support ticket for you from this thread.

Also, please download from your RWS account - Downloads tab, the latest installer for Trados 2021, TradosStudio2021_SR2_CU12_9338 and install this one.
