Good afternoon, 

I tried to load a package on SDL Trados Studio 2021 but SDL wasn't responsive so I forced the stop (Crtl + Alt + Del). It then became impossible to launch Trados. 

The following messages popped up : "One or several errors occurred" and "The remote name could not be resolved".

I tried restoring Windows to yesterday afternoon's state, it didn't work.

I tried uninstalling / reinstalling SDL Trados and Multiterm without deactivating/reactivating my licence, it didn't work either. 

Finally, I tried an offline deactivation and an offline reset and both didn't work. The following message appeared each time : "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."

I am new to Trados and absolutely lost. Thank you kindly for your help.
