No activation code, and Identification ID in RWS screen. Unable to activate Studio 2019 on new pc. Deactivated on old pc.

Question

Trados Studio 2019 deactivated on old pc. No activation code, and/or Identification ID in RWS screen. Unable to activate on new pc. 
 I communicated with Sorin about this, for which I thank you, but the problem is still not solved. Please advise.
