If you are using trados studio professional network licenses then you can see the number of licenses received in your RWS account - licenses and downloads  -Downloads . 

Also please check who in your company is the admin on this account , but in case you need more help and if that involves sharing the email address of the admin etc then please email us to trados at rws dot com  and we will do our best to help you.

This doesn't help, apologies. I know how many licenses we currently have, but we don't have visibility into how many users are using Trados, so we don't know how many more licenses we need.

We have tried taking stock internally but the number of staff that have said they are using the software do not match with the licenses being taken up, which is why I have been asked to review this and see if we can track license activation. If there is a log somewhere of who has used the licenses (such as IP address with date/time stamps) then I can use this to check how many additional licenses we need to purchase.
