Hello together,
we bought a three license and we cannot succed with the installation and the licensing process at all.
After installing that Trados tool, we received the message, that this version is for domain users.
Can you tell me how to change that?
Because initially we wanted to use that tool locally.

This has been discussed via chat in the meantime and, as requested, one of our sales representatives will contact you first time next week to discuss options to upgrade to a Professional version. Alternatively we can also refund you for the Freelance version and then you purchase the Professional version, if that is more suitable for you, you can let us know via chat if that is the case.
