Software cannot connect to activation server on my new laptop, but works fine on my old one. How can I connect to the server?

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 11. I downloaded Trados 2017 from my account on your Website. However, I cannot use Trados 2017 because it keeps asking me to activate but when I enter my licence key, it cannot connect to the activation server. My internet connection is fine. I tried the offline activation and I also tried to reset my licence, but it still won't connect to the server even if it is marked as Activated on my account.

Trados 2017 still works on my old laptop (Windows 10). Do I have to desintall the software on my old laptop before I can activate it on my new one?
