After a PC crash, I have to reinstall SDL Trados 2017. but licensing doesn't work

After a PC crash, I have to reinstall SDL Trados 2017, SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus.

Deactivation ONLINE is obviously impossible.

Deactivation of OFFLINE does not work.

I tried "Extra Activation". But clicking on that function is not possible.

Actually, this would be my preferred solution. So, how to do that?

Trying to contact HELP—as you know is impossible without a Service contract.

Attempting to log a ticket gets me to: "NOT FOUND. Unfortunately, the page you've requested no longer exists."

So, here I am, a member since 2014!!! and I cannot get any help.

Your answer would be greatly appreciated.
