I have recently migrated my licence for Studio 2021 to a new computer. I am logged in to my account on the new computer, but when I launch the application I get a notification that I am on a 30 day free trial. Is that really the case? I am worried that I will lose access after 30 days.
Support case no. 00784906 has been submitted for your assistance. Please check your inbox for updates on its status. In the meantime you can use the program in trial mode. Alternatively, if you have access to the old PC, you can deactivate Trados from Help - Product activation so that you can reactivate on the new PC. The activation code is in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses.
