Error message SDL Trados 2021

Question

Cannot close Trados.

 It this error prevents closing trados studio please try with a forced close- CTRL +ALT+DEL - task manger - identify trados studio in the list of processes and click on end tasks. 
 Then reopen trados and see if the same happens. 
 If the same happens please check if trados studio is added to the exception list of the AV https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001432 or try with a trados reset - https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001417
