How can we activate our trados license if we can't connect to server ?

Hi, we are trying to activate our trados license but received this message:
"Activation failed, Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server adress in the provider settings".

We have initial use the 30 days trail version, but in March 14 we enter our license code and was activete, today received the information that the license was expired.

What happening and how can we solved this issue ?
But if we can't connect how we can activate ?
