Hi all! As part of a training program, I've downloaded the free trial Trados Studio 2017 yesterday.

It worked fine until today when an error message poped, saying it was impossible to create a project (part of the training). I was blocked and I tried quite a lot of things that didn't work (including authorizing Trados in my antivirus program, renaming files...). Eventually the only option I had left was to uninstall and install again. Pretty tricky too as I couldn't install it again and was forced to open the command panel to do so.

After all this, now it's installed but Trados asks for an activation code. I had 29 days left on the free trial, I need it for my one week training (which is on Trados 2017) and have no idea (and to be honest no energy left) how to get those free days back.
