We have just bought an upgrade from 2019 to 2022 network license but there is no activation code listed in our account for 2022 to add to the license server. Will it just use the 2019 activation code in the license server?

You first need to process the upgrade from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses (click on the blue ribbon). Then the license code will appear.
