Hello, I have a problem regarding server connection in Trados 2014 - We receive message like this "There was communications or connection error. Please check your server connection, settings, network and internet connections, and that the server is available - it is already several days that we can't connect to TM. Please helpt to resolve this issue
What are you trying to connect to? Do you own a solution that provides support for a server connection of some sort? Or have you contacted a client who gave you the connection details perhaps?

They gave connection details to Trados, but server is unavailable
Then you should probably take this up with whoever "they" are. Perhaps the problem is related to you using such an old version of Trados?

I also have Trados 2019 and i deactivated that license from one pc, want to activate it on another pc, so installation id is needed
ok - you want your activation code. You can find this in your RWS Account.

yes I used it, now installation id is required for activating offline
