Hello!
After a Windows update last night (2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based systems (KB5025221)) I have been problems with my Studio 2017. Immediately after beginning to open it gives me the error message “Invalid namespace”.
We have been trying the solution suggested here https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028332 (registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WBEM\CIMOM\Autorecover MOFs was empty, so we could not continue) as well as the reset suggested here https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669, followed after talking to the SDL chat, by Workaround 2 and Workaround 3 of https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395, as well as trying the repair suggested in Workaround 1.
We have tried starting Studio after each step, but the problem persists.
Can you help, please?
