Unable to activate my license. Error message

Question

All of sudden I am unable to activate my license Studio 2015 (It is showing as available in my account) I get the following error message when I try to avtivate it: 
 In EN" The activation failed, Impossible to connect to the activation server. Please check the server address in the provider settings- The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. 
 After one week chating with the support, they just closed my case without giving at any point feedback on the error message nor resolving the issue. Help needed please.
