My laptop crashed. I can't deactivate the license for Trados 2019 on it because it won't boot up. I used the online deactivation option so that I would be able to install and use the software on my new replacement laptop. However, the deactivation does not seem to be immediate. The status of the license on the web site now shows up as "deactivation initiated." Can anyone tell me how long the wait will be before the license is actually deactivated on the dead computer so that I can use it on my new computer? Hours? Days? Weeks? Thanks.
